Recording studio founded in 1974 by Conny Plank and his partner Christa Fast. Located in Wolperath, Neunkirchen-Seelscheid on the southern outskirts of Cologne, Germany. His first studio production was Kraftwerk - Autobahn. From the beginning Conny Plank produced and/or engineered many of the most important recordings by significant German progressive/experimental music acts like Kraftwerk, Neu! (all their recordings), Cluster, Ash Ra Tempel, to name a few. He favoured the modern "machinesound", but to balance also produced German - and Irish folk music.
