Sant'Antonio Stuntmen hail from Padua, one city of north Italy. A collection of warehouses, factories and downtown offices.
Born in 2003, for a few years now they've been playing many shows and making two recordings. They've been casting their gaze well beyond the anonymity of their surroundings, taking cues from stoner, noise rock and reinterpreting in a personal way . They've stayed busy since, touring the country, independently releasing the debut album, 'Into the Aorta', and receiving glowing reviews nationally and abroad. A deal with the Vicenza based label Black Nutria yielded finally their debut album, remastered Into the Aorta in 2008, distributed through all the best on-line portals, and by Audioglobe in all music shops.The band set out on a number of italian gigs, and playing in France, Germany and Switzerland in a successful tour collaborating with Dbdc Label in Nancy (FR) for the Nex Project, a cultural excange financed by European community.In the fall of 2009 Zano left the band and was replaced by Radio Riot Right Now and Key Movement singer and guitarist Silva. After a period of rearrangement, the group recorded this new set of music in Vera Cruz (Mex), in the studio of the mexican producer and mariachi musician Ignacio De La Cueva, and record a new album titled 'Guardingo', that will be released in June 2012 for Black Nutria Label.
