Hardcore fans of New Jersey Indie Rockers The Feelies were already for sometime aware that the 2008 reunion concert of the band had in fact more or less led to the reformation of the band, but now the news is official, The Feelies have reformed and have over 2010 been working on material for a new album, the first one in almost 20 years. Several songs have so far been completed and the album is expected to be released somewhere during the first half of 2011. No information about the record label on which the production is to be released has so far been given. Line up includes all Three founding members as well as long term associate Brenda Sauter.
