This 3 piece rock trio hails from Brantford, Ontario, Canada, and have just released their first studio recorded 11-track album entitled "84." This album has been in the works for quite some time, as the band members have been playing on and off, in and out of bands, since their music experiences have started. Lead Singer/Bassist Dan Carrillo and Guitarist Brad Martin have known each other for over fifteen years, initially meeting one another in kindergarten. As the band members grew up, Brad Martin met Drummer Dan Amos through sports, and began playing music together. Years later, Dan Carrillo crossed paths with Dan Amos, and came up with the idea of forming a band.

After several months of undergoing practices, line-up changes, instruments, and rehearsal spaces, the two of them phoned Brad Martin, who they both had musical experience with in the past. They formed a band called Down N Out at the age of 15. With minor local success and local appreciation, the band played a handful of shows including The Opera House, and The Kathedral in Toronto, ON. As the band aged, they took separate paths into their adult lives and ultimately Down N Out was finished.

Several years later, at the age of 22, the three of them were still in contact with one another, and decided to give it one more shot. This time, being not only older with more experience but with careers and musical ambition, the band created a project. A project that had been long over due; each individual member bringing their own unique musical taste, style, and talent, to lead the band to create A Minute Away, and their first studio recorded album "84".
